The author and founder of the "Aralez" brandy is the Khachatryan family. The idea of producing a brand arose a few years ago. They have chosen a symbolic name for the brand - "Aralez". ''AR'' means the people of God, and Aralez is a beautiful mythical animal known from the story of Ara Geghetsik and Shamiram. The main product of "Aralez" is a fruit brandy. The company produces brandy from nine different fruits: apricots, pears, wild pears, black and white mulberries, etc. Fruit brandy is left to mature in oak barrels. The fruit is procured exclusively from the farmers of Armenia. The fruit is destoned with special equipment and pulped to speed up fermentation. During fermentation, natural honey is added instead of sugar. The production is carried out using special German equipment "SCHNAPPS". The best German distillery equipment, "Christian Carl," is used; the filtering tools are also German. The barrels are imported from France by the "Alter oak" company. The product is also exported to Russia, Europe, and the USA. The bottle has a unique design and is imported from Spain. "Aralez" brandy is a family business.
