Our farm is located in the village of Mets Sepasar, Shirak region. Our farm cultivates buckwheat. Buckwheat is one of the low-calorie foods. It contains unique proteins with 8 essential amino acids, well balanced, rich in lysine, and therefore it is of high quality. In terms of its biological value, quality, and nutritional value, the buckwheat protein is very close to egg white. In terms of the degree of protein digestion, it is close to leguminous proteins.
