The idea of the first Armenian kombucha began to be realized even before the Armbev company started its activities. As the founder of the company in 2020, I began to study the technologies and methods of production of fermented tea. Since kombucha is a relatively new drink at the production level, both the professional literature is quite scarce, and ready technologists-specialists are simply absent in Armenia. I had to master the production process myself from the beginning, and then deepen my skills together with the technologist of our company, who had already started working. As a result of almost two years of work, in 2022 we offered the first flavor versions of our kombuchas, which are regularly updated and changed, depending on the season and preferences. The main principle of the company is to offer the Armenian version of kombucha, which has become a bestseller for lovers of a healthy lifestyle, based on completely natural and maximum Armenian raw materials.
