We cultivate wheat, barley, potatoes, beets, peppers on a 10 ha land. We also own a huge apple orchard. As a cook with rich work experience, my wife and I established a family guest house in the village of Tsaghkunk in 2011. We provide employment opportunities for the village's young people (we permanently have 12 employees) and support them in selling their crops. For the cuisine of the guest house, we use exclusively the products purchased from the villagers. We also produce cheese, marinated fish products, basturma, ghavurma. Moreover, we deliver lamb dishes made in a tonir to the hotels in Dilijan. We often hold Armenian cuisine master classes in our guest house.
