"This wine is produced from the four best varieties of the local red grapes – Areni, Haghtanak, Kakhet and Karmrahyut. The wine has berry color due to the double fermentation. The grapes are withered for 2 to 3 months hanging in the barns of the winery vineyards and then added to Areni, Haghtanak, Kakhet and Karmrahyut wine blending.
After the fermentation process, the wine is aged for 6 months in new barrels made of a century-old Armenian oak-trees followed by another aging in older barrels.
The wine is deep red with pomegranate aroma, full-bodied with a rich aroma of ripe cherry, tempting combination of raisins, plums, coffee and aftertaste of vanilla and chocolate.
